Young Adults Weekend Away 2020

Location: Red House Farm, 1.5 hrs drive from ASWW

The young adults at All Saints’ had such a brilliant weekend last year at Red House Farm that we’re heading back (coronavirus-depending) this June for a weekend filled with amazing people, awesome worship and great teaching. This year we’re going to be joined by Phil Knox from the Evangelical Alliance who’ll be helping us to grow in our personal discipleship and as a young adult community as we look out beyond the walls of our church.

The Plan

With government measures in place to control the spread of the coronavirus, we don’t currently know exactly what we’ll be allowed to do on the weekend of the 19th June! What we do know is that we’ll be having our weekend away. We’ll be meeting in one of three ways, decided closer to the time:

• Option 1: If we’re allowed we go to Stowmarket! We’ll meet together at Red House Farm on the Friday evening and spend the weekend together as planned with the option of being home for Father’s Day lunch. There’ll be loads of space to enjoy the June sunshine and we’ll get off-site for some fun on the Saturday afternoon. The cost of the weekend will be £50 including accommodation and food and we’ll help to coordinate transport for those without a car. 
• Option 2: We’ll have a young adults day on Saturday 20th June at All Saints’. We’ll have loads of time for worship, teaching and hanging out together.
• Option 3: If we still can’t leave the house we’ll spend the Saturday together on Zoom. We’ll still have the chance to build our young adults community, learn from Phil and worship together.
