GIVING TO

ALL SAINTS'

HOW CAN I GIVE?

Members of All Saints' contribute to the life and work of the church in many different ways. Whilst the information below relates to financial gving, other pages on this site explain the variety of ways you can get involved and contribute to All Saints’ many ministries.

You can give a one-off or recurring gift to All Saints’ (Charity number 1128042). It helps us plan and budget for the ministry of the church if members can make a regular donation to the church through planned giving (see below).

To make a one-off gift to All Saints', money can be paid directly to our bank account:

  • All Saints PCC

  • A/C : 70100129

  • Sort 40-47-14

  • If your gift is for a specific purpose (e.g. a Gift Day), please include this as a reference.

  • If you are already signed up to Planned Giving Scheme and wish to give in a tax efficient way – please tell us with your donation via email to either contact@asww.org.uk or directly to our Planned Giving Officer John Rugg

  • If you are not in the scheme but would like to Gift Aid this particular donation, it will be necessary to complete & sign a ‘one-off’ form (download here) & return it to the church office. Payment details are the same as above

If you would like to make donation by cheque – make it payable to All Saints’ PCC, mark the reverse with a reference to any intended purpose (e.g. Gift Day) and post to the church office

Gifts to the general ministry of the church can also be given by text. This can be in increments of £1.00 up to the value of £20.00.

Text 'ASGIVE followed by the amount to the number 70085. For example: To give £5 text ASGIVE5

Texts cost the amount of the donation plus one standard rate message with your provider.

TAX EFFICIENT GIVING

If you pay UK tax (Income or Capital Gains Tax) and would like us to be able to claim back the basic rate tax, you will need to fill in, sign and return to us an ongoing Gift Aid Declaration (above) if you have not done so already. The benefit to All Saints' is that it can recover the basic rate of income tax, currently 25p for each pound given. (If you pay higher rate tax, you may recover this through your own tax return.)

OTHER WAYS TO GIVE

  • A regular collection is taken at all Sunday services.

  • If you would like to send us a cheque or charity vouchers, please make them payable to All Saints' Church PCC.

  • You can give in the form of quoted shares and other securities (which entitles you to tax relief).

  • You may wish to use one of the voucher schemes such as Charities Aid Foundation or Stewardship Services

For those who are considering making a bequest to the Church or a gift in memory of a loved one, please use the Legacy Guide.
